Our last dispatch date will be the 23rd December but please kindly note the Royal Mail last recommended posting dates to get your order in time for Christmas 2024
Standard Royal Mail 2nd Class - Wednesday 18th December
Royal Mail 1st class – Friday 20th December
Royal Mail Special Delivery – Monday 23rd December
Standard Royal Mail 2nd Class £3.50 or free when you spend £30 or more.
This service usually takes approximately 2-3 business days to arrive after dispatch.
Royal Mail 1st class £4.50
This service usually takes approximately 1-2 business days to arrive after dispatch.
Royal Mail Special Delivery £8.50 guaranteed by 1pm the next working day.
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

Returns Policy:
We pride ourselves on our customer service and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that an issue arises, please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify any problems in a quick and effective manner.
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receipt to return an item.
To be eligible for a return the item must:
Be in the same condition that you received it
Be unused and in its original packaging
Arrive safely back to us without damage
If one or more of the above criteria is not met, we will be unable to process a refund.
Please note, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs and this is non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable service to post your return.
Damaged/faulty items.
All of our products are thoroughly checked to ensure they are of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to rectify the situation.
Your candle will come with comprehensive burning/safety instructions so please follow the advice given as this will ensure you get the maximum benefit from your candle. We are unable to provide a refund or replacement if the product has been misused and/or the relevant care card hasn't been followed.
Your refund
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will refund to the original account payment was made from. The refund will usually show in your account within 7 working days.
All our candles are hand poured in small batches using a natural plant based wax. Therefore natural imperfections may occur before or during use. Resets after each burn may not be perfectly smooth and some cracking may appear in colder temperatures. We do not deem these imperfections to be faults as they are natural characteristics of rapeseed and coconut wax and do not affect the burn quality.
